π Your Role:
As our Customer Experience Executive, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via LINE OA, Facebook Page, and Instagram inbox
- Offer product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Close sales with a confident, professional approach
- Provide excellent service before, during, and after the sale
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders
- Track and update order records with care
β What Weβre Looking For:
- Thai nationality, age 22β35
- No degree required β skills and attitude matter more
- Strong written communication in Thai
- Able to type quickly and clearly with warmth and precision
- Friendly, customer-focused, and motivated by sales
- Familiar with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Comfortable using LINE OA, Facebook Page, and Instagram inbox
- Organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and responsible
π Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
09:30 β 17:30
(Some rotational after-hours chat support)
